Kelli Ramsey didn't choose strategic communications as a profession; she was called to it. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ball State University and a Master of Arts in Political Communication from Johns Hopkins University. She’s backed these credentials with over 15 years of real-world communications leadership.

Public Sector Leadership

Her career spans the highest levels of corporate, government, and social impact communications. As Director of Communications at the Georgia Municipal Association, she led crisis strategy for Georgia's 537 cities, spearheaded the state's first comprehensive COVID-19 vaccine awareness campaign, which earned thousands of impressions across Fox, NBC, CBS, and PBS affiliates. Kelli co-chaired the association's Equity and Inclusion Task Force for a 90-person staff and a commission of 25 elected officials.

Corporate & Campaign Experience

At The Coca-Cola Company, Kelli shaped employee advocacy strategy for a global workforce of 50,000+, created the company’s first Employee Activism Framework, and managed more than 4,000 potential issues annually. She equipped executives with the clarity and rapid-response strategy needed to protect corporate reputation at critical moments. She also directed communications for a winning mayoral campaign, navigating misinformation and crisis in real time to deliver a decisive victory.
